The Election Commission of Nepal has published the final results of the March 5 election held to elect members of the House of Representatives (HoR).
According to the results, the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) has secured 182 seats in the 275-member House, falling just two seats short of the two-thirds majority.
The Nepali Congress and CPN-UML each won 38 seats. The Nepali Communist Party secured 17 seats, while the Shram Sanskriti Party won 7 seats. The Rastriya Prajatantra Party obtained 5 seats, and one seat was won by an independent candidate.
